Machine Shop Supervisor

Full Time Position

Cashco, Inc. presently has one day shift position open for a Machine Shop Supervisor.

OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: Provide supervision for designated shift employees by maintaining a safe working environment while meeting production and quality measures

REQUIRED EDUCATION: High school diploma with technical training

EXPERIENCE: 1 – 3 years of manual and/or CNC equipment and QC inspection

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF JOB: Work constructively with employees to ensure production and quality requirements are met, trouble shoot equipment while managing costs associated with the equipment, maintain safe working environment. Must be able to manipulate 50# parts with or without assistance. Good computer and communication skills will be helpful.
