Supply Chain Buyer

We are looking for a Supply Chain Buyer, who will be responsible for maintaining inventory and supplier management in order to satisfy customer demand. This full-time position is based out of Cashco, Inc. headquarters in Ellsworth, KS. 

Office Hours: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (Monday – Friday)


  • Procuring materials, supplies and equipment. 
  • Evaluating potential suppliers and establishing relationships with suppliers. 
  • Monitor inventory level and ensure timely delivery for all purchases. 
  • Issue and maintain RFQ.
  • Collaborate with QC and Engineering department on parts requirements. 

Required Education, Experience & Skills:

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, maintain focus, detail oriented and adaptable.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with ERP system.  

Preferred Education, Experience & Skills: 

  • 2 years experience in purchasing and vendor relations.
  • Production experience in manufacturing, scheduling or quality control.
