For Immediate Release:
Cashco, Inc. is happy to announce the hire of Matt Talbott as Change Coordinator. He will operate out of the headquarters in Ellsworth, Kansas.

“This position was created in order to organize our ongoing production changes. It was also decided employee round tables and career
development could be incorporated into the position,” said Darrin Vanderbilt, VP of Operations. “Matt’s first few weeks have gone extremely well and I’m looking forward to his involvement. He brings a unique combination of education and experience to Cashco in a position we’ve previously never offered. I’m confident the success we’ve already seen will continue to grow,” said Darrin.

Matt attended Bethany College, specializing in Psychology and Art, but quickly changed to Sociology and Criminology due to his desire to spend his time working closely with people. “Over the years I worked for several agencies that provided care for individuals with developmental disabilities and special needs” said Matt. “The last fifteen years were predominantly spent at Great Plains Manufacturing of Salina, working as an Assembly Technician and Assembly Lead Technician.” He also spent time at Great Plains Manufacturing of Ellsworth with the Assembly and Paint Departments. “Those years were equally valuable in developing my desire to work closely with people and to continue keeping a priority on relationships,” said Matt.
