Step 2: Tell Us About the Application

Let us know if this request is for a previous order or a new application. Based on your selection, we’ll need the following:

• Previous Order – Provide the full Product Code (located on the valve tag or order confirmation).

• New Application – Provide the Model, Line Size, and End Connections.

Step 3: Do You Also Need a Quote?

If you also need a quote for a new application, please complete the appropriate Sizing Form and attach it on page 2 of the online form. Sizing Forms can be found here: cashco.com/sizingforms

Step 4: Review and Submit

Double-check your information for accuracy before submitting. Our team will follow up with the requested 3D CAD file—or reach out if additional details are needed.
