HOW TO IDENTIFY A CASHCO REGULATOR

1. Serial Number: Look for a metal tag on the valve, and find the serial number, typically 5 or 6 digits in length.

2. Product Code: Also on the metal tag, you'll see an 18-digit product code.

3. Brief Description: The product code, when used with a technical bulletin, will give you a full description of the valve.

4. Details: You can find additional details in the Product Installation & Operation Manual (IOM Manual).

5. Inlet Pressure: Check the valve's inlet pressure.

6. Outlet Pressure: Verify the outlet pressure of the valve.

7. IOM Manual URL: The Product Installation & Operation Manual can be found online; you may need it for identifying parts.

WHERE TO FIND THIS INFORMATION?

• The metal tag attached to the valve has the serial number and product code.
• To order a replacement or get repair parts, use the serial number and product code from the tag or the Bill of Material (BOM) provided when the unit was shipped.
• If the BOM isn't available, check the IOM Manual for part identification and item numbers.

• Contact your representative with the serial number and product code.
• They can provide a price quotation for a new unit or replacement parts with a complete description and availability.

FOR FACTORY INSPECTION/REPAIR:

• Contact Cashco Inc. to get an "RGA/RMA" number.
• All returns need approval and must include a completed MSDS sheet when sending the valve back to the factory.
