Step 1: Complete the Online Form or Download the PDF

Step 2: Provide Your Product Details

At minimum, we’ll need either the Serial Number or Product Code, which you can find on the valve’s metal tag. Have both? Even better—it speeds up identification and processing.

Step 3: Share Additional Helpful Information

To further streamline your request, include any of the following if available:

• Original Cashco Order Number

• Desired Factory Set Point

• Certification Requirements (e.g., CRN, ATEX, etc.)

Step 4: No Tag? No Problem.

If the tag is missing or unreadable, please complete one of our Sizing Forms with your application data. This allows our team to run a fresh sizing report and recommend the correct replacement. You can find the appropriate form at: cashco.com/sizingforms

Step 5: Review Your Submission

Double-check your entries to ensure accuracy—especially the serial number, product code, and contact information.

Step 6: Submit the Form

Submit your request through this webpage or email the completed PDF to the address provided. Either way, our team will get started right away.
