Ellsworth, KS — May 19, 2025 — Cashco is proud to announce the appointment of Satish Shewale as the company’s new Engineering Director. Satish brings more than two decades of experience in engineering leadership and product development across the energy, oil & gas, power, chemical and process equipment industries.
Satish holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas, and brings with him over 23 years of experience in new product design, development and solving complex technical challenges. With more than 19 years specifically focused on valves, flow control products, and process equipment, his expertise aligns seamlessly with Cashco’s core product offerings and vision for the future.
Prior to joining Cashco, Satish served as Engineering Manager at Bray International, Inc. in Houston, Texas, where he spent the last 11.5 years leading engineering teams and driving strategic product innovation.
